As in any professional sports organization, the Team Owner must be able to not only fill the stadium but insure the safety of the players on their team. You must have a genuine love of the game, and of all things Dog. You will need a lot of stamina and energy as these team are all about high energy. You will also scout the best talent in your local area and promote the team at community events.

As a Rompin' Rovers Team Owner you can open your stadium with confidence as we will provide you with comprehensive training and on-going support.

Other requirements of being a successful Team Owner are:

Prior experience owning or managing a business
Excellent communication skills
Self-confidence
Be able to make sound decisions and use good judgment
Be willing to play by the rules
A sense of humor and even temperament
Previous experience with dogs, dog ownership, or experience in a pet related industry is helpful, however we will provide you with comprehensive training and ongoing support required to be a successful team owner.
