As in any professional sports organization, the team owner must be able to not only fill the stadium but to ensure the safety of the players on their team. You must have a genuine love of the game and of all things "dog." You will need a lot of stamina and energy, as these teams are all about high energy. You will also scout the best talent in your local area and promote your team at community events. Other attributes of a successful team owner include:
- Previous management or supervision experience
- Sales and customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-confidence
- Sound decision-making skills
- Good judgment
- Willing to play by the rules
- Sense of humor and even temperament

The total initial investment ranges from $283,842 to $414,113, which includes your initial franchisee fee of $30,000. We do have ongoing royalties fees, which are 5% of gross sales, and brand fund fees, which are 1.5% of gross sales, that are paid weekly. These fees allow the continued use of our Rompin' Rovers® registered service mark, other trademarks, ongoing training and business support, marketing assistance, and all of the other benefits of owning a Rompin' Rovers® franchise.

We do this by starting with your initial inquiry, in which you fill out a short application after following the link provided below. From there, we'll schedule a good time for the first telephone meeting, where we'll get to learn more about each other.
Following our telephone meeting, assuming we both feel like this is a good fit for both parties, we'll proceed with the remainder of the process:
Submit full application and receive our franchise disclosure documents (formerly known as a UFOC)
- Schedule a time to review these documents
- Second telephone meeting, with our founder Amy Smith
- Be invited to attend a discovery day at our location
- Be awarded your own Rompin' Rovers® territory
